Will I be competent in Business Writing at the end of the online program?

Our Business Communication Training provides all necessary skills and techniques required for any aspirant to excel in business communication and writing. However, writing is an art - the more you practice, the better you become. The program offers more than fifteen assignments and provides constant feedback to sharpen your skills.

Note: Your practice should not be only limited to the given assignments. We suggest you practice more on your own using our suggested guidelines and techniques.

I have never taken any online courses before. Would it be difficult?

If you know the basics of computers and the internet, you will find the online interaction easy and user friendly. Plus, we have our learning coordinator who will help you with anything you need in this course.

How to start the course after making payment?

After registration, you will be given a login ID and password, using it you can login and start the course at any point of time. The login ID will be valid for 6 months.

Is 6 months sufficient to complete the training?

The Business Writing Program is a self-paced course which allows you to complete the course anytime within 2-4 months of your enrolment date. This time is more than sufficient to complete the course, but if necessary, it is possible to request an extension.

What is the length of the Business Writing online program?

The time needed to complete Business Writing Online program will vary from student to student. Students are generally able to comfortably complete their program within 2 - 4 months.

Based on students’ feedback, we have found that students generally spend about 9-12 hours per week on coursework. This includes online learning, responding to the postings and writing the assignments. ZeebraCrossTM program is presented in an asynchronous format. This means that students are not required to attend a class at a certain time, but can login and access the program when it is most convenient for them. The participants will receive a 1-to-1 assessment from ZeebraCrossTM. ZeebraCrossTM will also provide a graded feedback and suggestions to improve the participant’s progress.

Do I need a special computer/ what are the minimum technical requirements to take an online course?

The course is designed for use on any type of computer system. You can also access the course in an internet café. All you need is a computer with Adobe Flash Player installed and an internet connection. The Macromedia Flash Player is used for course introductions and activities. Is this program accredited?

The program is not accredited. However, the program is designed and executed by the professionals having rich experience in marketing and communication. The objective of our program is to make learning simple and help establish a foundation for business writing. Our mentors are from industry; therefore, you get to learn true business dynamics and get equipped with necessary skills to write effectively.

What kind of materials will I receive?

After you register for the training program, you will receive an email that contains your payment receipt and login ID. There are no CDs to load and no books to read. As working professionals/ students, you get full flexibility to take up the training – anytime and anywhere. What are the parameters on which the candidates are evaluated?

On completion of a module, the participant requires to complete the given assignment and practice the learning. The participant is then requested to email the assignment for evaluation. Until the assignment is completed, the participant cannot attempt the next module’s assignment.

Can I interact with others who are taking the course?

Yes, Z-CME StudyMate is a platform we provide you to interact with your peers. Your participation in Z- CME Study Mate program is optional and free, Any participant who wishes to have a study buddy can use our StudyMate program.

Do I get any certificates after attending the program?

Yes, you will receive ZeebracrossTM Certificate on the completion of this course.

What should I do if I experience problems in receiving e-mails from ZeebracrossTM?

We recommend contacting us to provide your login details at zcme@zeebracross.com. However, please check your junk email folder. It is observed that most of the regular e-mail providers such as Gmail, Rediffmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo or any other web-based e-mail accounts are programmed to filter e-mails suspected of being spam, so they are automatically sent to junk folders.

Who answers to my questions while I am taking the online Business Writing course?

After entering my User ID and Password at the "Course Login" page, I click the "Sign On" button, but nothing happens. What should I do?

This appears to be a browser configuration issue. It is necessary for active scripting to be enabled in Internet Explorer. Also, ensure "Run ActiveX Scripts" is enabled. After making the necessary changes, reload the page or restart the browser to apply the changes.

What if I share my login ID to others?

In simple words, we say it’s not legal to allow other people to access the training courses that you paid for. If you share the login, you will be violating our license agreement. Please read our copyrights policy. ZeebracrossTM program administrator keeps a continuous watch of participant’s activity through the time spent, IP address, cookies etc. ZeebracrossTM reserves the right to terminate access to this website at any time and without notice. Further, this limited license terminates automatically, without notice, if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials.
